Well known brands, name recognition, great people, Tremendous room for growth and internal movement opportunities. Many amazing company perks and benefits and events.

Cons

Decisions/approvals for new processes can sometimes take a long time. Less opportunities for remote work.

Pros

By far, the best thing about working at Gallo is the amazing people. We treat each other with genuine respect and care, and I feel fortunate to work alongside so many talented individuals. The company expects high levels of performance, but also offers work/life balance. Gallo pays very well.

Cons

Depending on the role, advancement in the company can be challenging if you're not located in Modesto and open to relocation. Also, some benefits need work. Our PTO doesn't feel competitive, especially for experienced new hires. Our bonus program also excludes some managerial and strategic roles.

Amazing work life balance. Company and management invest in your professional development and future career opportunities.

Cons

Working at a green field/start up site has its own set of disadvantages. Sometimes there is a lack of clear communication or clear expectations between management and operations workers.
