      Pros

      I started working at this company right out of college and felt that they really do offer room for growth and incentive you to stay. There is both room to explore your career interests and also to grow in leadership or technical skills as well. Good benefits and the company is very engaging with their employees offering a variety of events and spaces for families to feel part of the company as well

      Cons

      -HQ is in Modesto so the location itself is not the most exciting -Operations is 24/7 so it can be demanding

      Don't fall for the "family owned" stuff they preach

      Pros

      - A lot of good people work for the company - Probably the most respected company in the industry

      Cons

      - Laid off entire sales force in 2021 with no warning, right in the middle of Covid - Just took RNDC's right to sell High Noon away in CA - a brand that current RNDC reps built from the ground up with Gallo Sales. All that hard work and this is what Gallo does, real "family values" there

      Flexible schedule, great managers, good pay, constant rewards

      Cons

      Teamwork lacks sometimes, good not great pay with only $1 raises a year, pto could be better or more flexible, no work from home option for lots of positions
