Business Outlook
Pros
I love the people and the culture! The corporate values include humility which I haven't seen at other companies, and it shows. The work is interesting and challenging, and I actually look forward to coming to work.
Cons
The biggest challenge is solidifying the organizational restructure and move to new working model. It's the right direction but we need to make sure we're providing the resources our people need to adapt. People want to do the right thing and succeed, so we need to enable/empower them to do so.
