Attention to detail comes to mind in regard to Gallo as a whole. I feel fortunate to come to a workplace campus that is as lovely as it is secure. The technology provided, and IT support, allows me to preform my job without interruption. Our management team promotes a positive work/life balance, while providing ample tasks ranging from day to day routines to complex projects that you need to take the reins, and see through to the finish. The outlined Gallo Values and comprehensive website is a true picture of what I've experienced. But what's work with no play, Thirsty Thursday's around here are a hit, as well as the annual picnic and holidays. Comprehensive benefit package and acknowledgement of accomplishments. Truly a pinch me feeling, since I've come to work here.
