      Pros

      Fast paced work with fully engaged and dedicated employees. Growing business. Great local employer for the area and continued investment for company growth and improvement.

      Cons

      Not enough training and guidance from over-tacked management. The culture expressed isn't always what is practiced, especially when it comes to work-life balance.

      Pros

      Market leader that the rest of the wine industry looks at as the best. Family ownership is very involved and cares for their employees. Great perks and talented, smart people throughout.

      Cons

      Not being a publicly traded company, Gallo needs to compensate taking competitor's stock options into account.

      Pros

      Family first atmosphere. Extensive opportunity for advancement if you preform. World class training in all facets of the industry and sales that is renowned across all industries. I have had endless job offers from other companies ever since I put Gallo on my resume... I am still a Gallo employee and plan to be for the foreseeable future. I look forward to my next promotion and challenge.

      Cons

      Heavy and endless workload (which I would prefer over being bored and unchallenged). A lot of travel (a lot for work but also some for all expenses paid incentive trips). Notoriously underpaid (but have since instituted impressive bonus structure). They are a very self aware company and keep their pulse on the moral of the enterprise.
