      Pros

      The Gallo winery trains there employees better than any CPG company in the industry. Gallo's propitiatory tools and systems are best is class and give employees the tools that are necessary to succeed.

      Cons

      The corporate headquarters are in Modesto CA. Modesto is not the most desirable place to live in my opinion but there are lots of job opportunities outside of Modesto.

      Some early assignments inside wholesaler network can be tedious. Complexity of sales and marketing organization at times creates atmosphere of "too many cooks in the kitchen."
