      Long hours. The only way to get full time is if someone quits that has full time.

      Pros

      The core values of the company all center around integrity, teamwork, innovation, commitment, humility, and respect. You see these qualities in just about everyone that works for the company. This is the largest thing for me, and creates an environment where people genuinely want to grow and succeed with and for one another. In addition, there is a lot of opportunity for growth and many types of positions to experience.

      Cons

      The jobs are hard and not always "glamorous." While the company is improving on this, they pay is competitive, but generally not on the high end of the pay scale.

      Pros

      Great people, and engaged workforce make coming to work great--even after a lot of years. Lots of projects available to be challenged and learn and committed leaders to learn from.

      Cons

      Fast paced, challenging and demanding pace is not for all people. No stock options as the company is private and plans to remain so.
