      Pros

      A great place to grow your career and work on many consumer facing projects and promotions. Very progressive, inclusive culture and the people are really helpful--many have been there for over 10 years. Interns are given important projects and some employees are former interns. Executives are very approachable. Lots of opportunity to work with top consumer brands. Pro tip: bring your A game!

      Cons

      A minor con: communications can be somewhat fragmented across multiple departments and lines of business, but this is also the case at many large companies.
