      Good pay and benefits for the area. Growing organization and a great opportunity to learn about wine.

      A lot of nepotism amongst senior management. Lack of leadership and one of the worst cultures I've worked in.

      Good company if you are an average employee. You can hide for 36 years and retire.

      Gallo Family has lost control of their business. The senior Management Team is mediocre, unimaginative, not innovative and believes in status quo. They are trying to convert it into a public company and steal salaries and perks for themselves.
