      Good people overall and hard working.

      Cons

      The leadership at the Fresno location is deeply concerning, resembling a high school clique of bullies. If you don't fit in, you're often ostracized. Evaluations and reprimands seem to hinge more on personal perceptions than on actual performance. The leadership displays a notable bias and a lack of integrity, leading many good employees to leave rather than endure the politics and harassment. It’s draining to constantly defend against gossip and discriminatory attitudes from management. Additionally, some employees on FMLA aren't permitted to use their protections during the harvest period.
