      Cons

      - You're actually working for the distributor, NOT the winery (very different cultures) - Training when I started felt unorganized, expected to know things I was never taught - Gossipy, mean management

      - Very empathetic, motivated and caring colleagues and leadership - Positive work life balance - Lots of opportunities to explore different roles throughout your career

      Cons

      - Virtually no racial or ethnic diversity in corporate or sales - Constant organizational restructuring and change all the time - Career advancement is highly subjective and based on popularity - Little autonomy or decision making power until VP or GM level - Organizational culture and values are on a steady decline
