-- Very good compensation compared to other Central Valley companies -- Fun environment, friendly, people-focused -- Professional organization, successful, award-winning, strong brand recognition -- Great opportunities to grow professionally within the company -- Longevity of employees, some working with company 10 to 35 years - very stable -- New opportunities to work with latest technology, company not stuck in a technical rut at all -- Progressive use of technology, great way to keep technical skills sharp if you are in the IT group -- Recognition for work well done

-- Would love more opportunity to tele-commute -- Company is too selective when hiring people when resources are needed -- Sometimes a little political, but then, all companies are from my experience

It really has a great sales training program and dedicated staff. If you are interested in getting in on the bottom floor of the wine industry or you are just really competitive, then you should consider this as an option.

Cons

The pay could always be better for the amount of work that is done, and there is a good amount of manual labor in this job, so be weary of that.

employees were nice, cool cars, the opportunity to speak with people at the stores. The opportunity to work with wine and become more knowledgeable about the industry.

Cons

managers are unprofessional, and didn't contact a friend of mine saying she didn't get an offer. They completely left her in the dark.
