      Great part time work for the time I had available while working another part time job. Worked around my schedule. Very supportive supervisor.

      Pre-employment background company was very frustrating to work with.

      Pros

      Large company, great exposure, I learned a lot that applied elsewhere, compensation was good for recent college grad, drank wine during work hours couple of times each month, awesome wine discounts, health insurance was good

      Cons

      70+ hour work weeks, no life work balance, lots and lots of butt kissing required to get promotion, raises were minimal, and it was very common for people to get laid off and/or let go after putting in 15+ years only to be replaced by cheaper labor
