      -The people here really embody a positive work culture and live by the Gallo values of respect, integrity, humility, innovation, commitment and teamwork. This makes it a great environment to work along side people that are team players and will support your day to day work. -Great products to take home and enjoy with friends and family. ---Gallo does a lot in-house so lots of different business functions for people with a variety of backgrounds.

      Cons

      -Noticing pay increases have decreased: I received the same performance assessment grade 2 years in a row. On year 2, my raise was 1.25% less than the raise from year 1. -Modesto isn't a city for everyone. Consider looking into the city using a livability index or crime index before you choose to settle in town for your role. -Blanket telecommuting policy for all. It should vary by individual based on their distance from their designated work office. Management should be more considerate and flexible with those who
