During my internship at GAO Tek. I have the opportunity to work remotely and virtually meet and collaborate with many talented people. I took responsibilities from day one, gaining valuable practical experience in my filed, improving my time management, organisational and problem-solving skills, and enriching my resume. On top of that, I always receive recognition and feedback for my performance! Overall, this experience at GAO Tek. represents a benchmark to my future career as HR Professional.
Cons
Remote working can be positive as much as negative, as face to face communication at work tends to be fundamental. However, the COVID situation has created barriers and remote working in the only option, I am grateful for this remote opportunity.
