By the end of the day, one's work must be converted into money. This is not the place for that. You are gonna work more than 7 hours a day, all week around with no day off for any functions or festivals. And the pay was not up to the mark. And they have meetings which go like 4 or 5 in the morning (IST). There were a few staff who worked more than 12 hrs and still attended a full-time college. One of the most common outcomes was that we fell sick pretty often and the meeting gets messed up often.

Interns weren't much communicative with each other.
