Good pay and hand-off contract supervisors. 401K matching and health insurance is flexible and inexpensive (good for young people).

Cons

No training opportunities and few opportunities for advancement. No clear structure or desire for employees to advance within their organization. PTO is not good (80 accrued per year).

You get paid pretty well for the work, and you also get your Secret Clearance which opens way more doors for you.

Cons

The work is dull, but what new job isn't. That said I met some amazing people at FSI, and got to see real diplomacy in action.
