They were consistent. I always knew who my main point of contact was and despite working in a different state, I never felt isolated from the team.

Cons

There was an issue processing my state EIN number and with my COBRA insurance. Both were fixed.

Pros

Autonomy, remote, working with veterans, reserve component members and families. Good environments to work in. Team supervisor is great. Decent benefits. DoD/NGB contracts. Federal Contractor.

Cons

Communication could be better, don't always have resources provided to do your job, only $50 copy reimbursement per year, you provide your own supplies, printer etc (lap top provided). Micromanaging at times, lots of on the job self training, monthly quotas which is difficult to maintain depending on where you are located.
