This company cares for their employees. The staff is very helpful, efficient and kind. They are very supportive of our needs. They are constantly rewarding and recognizing us for good work and their appreciation. They keep morale up. When I was sick, they sent flowers and well wishes more than once. They are very patient. Management and staff are very approachable, even the executive staff (President, VP, etc) are available to us if we reach out to them. They've also come to visit in person and had lunch with us. I can go on and on. They're employees matter! Last but not least, my Senior Program Manager, Brian Entzminger, truly advocates for his staff. These are things that really matter. I've never been more than a faceless name and person on a spreadsheet when billing the government with other contracting companies.

Supervisory staff are only an email/phone call away, and work to advocate better pay and higher positions on your behalf as you move into greater responsibilities within your role.
