good pay, program managers are good/responsive

Cons

almost no paid time off/benefits (no sick leave); once you reach the highest pay scale for program assistants there is no where else to move up

Pros

Company is a small and young that is welcoming to new employees. Company credit cards were available and the travel department is great. I had scheduled travel during a snow storm and they graciously cancelled my arrangements last minute and did not have an issue. Expenses are paid timely

Cons

Company is newer and younger therefore it felt like the right hand did not always know what was going on. Policies seemed to be always changing and middle management was always over scheduled therefore it was difficult to meet at assigned times or receive timely updates. Senior level leadership is very concerned about obtaining and keeping contracts in tact even after the contract has ended.
