Above average communication with my contract project manager. More transparency than other govcon

The general state of the US gov, no severance, few incoming contracts, no pay during gov shutdowns (that's across the board, though)

Pros

Highly competitive salaries, paid leave, dental, vision, medical insurance options as well as options for life insurance, hospital and accident insurance at a reasonable cost. Great core group of people that work hard to support their colleagues who are direct/billable on Federal contracts. Everyone works well together and the work environment is a fun place to be.

Cons

GAP has no control over the instability and DOGE-era cuts being experienced in their industry and yet they appear to be managing through that chaos very well overall.
