Pros
If you're lucky, you'll find a good group of contractor colleagues to work with, depending on where you work. It's not a terrible place to start working out of college
Cons
Management doesn't really care, they hang you out to dry during government shutdowns and won't pay back that lost time. They don;t like fun, they hound you and always treat you like a child.
