Pros

The culture is what sold me. I've worked for more than a handful of companies and organizations in my career and GBA, by far, is one of the best in making everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. It's only been a month, but every person I meet is not only exceptional at what they do, but an exceptional person who treats you with respect.

Cons

I feel the overall benefit package is where GBA is most lacking, but I say that with the caveat that the benefit package is still far above average than with most companies. This area is currently being massaged as I write this review, so in a few months, this point may be moot.

Pros

It's great working with a group of smart, talented, motivated people who are friendly, helpful, and strive to make everyone feel a part of the team.

Cons

They can be a little old fashioned and more on the conservative end for salary and benefits, but management listens and actively seems to keep growing and improving.
