      Pros

      Not too many pros. This company is the Junior Varsity of KC's more established engineering companies.

      Cons

      Numerous, but overall nothing is done well. Every department hates every other department. One department with a long history of questionable actions/employees continues to do the same things with replacement people. It's hard to get motivated here. It's just a job and don't trust anyone.

      I liked the project and my team. I was able to work with several other departments and cross train

      Not all managers have the same goals. Executives were only visible when a conflict arose. Communication unclear on how to complete time and expenses.
