Pros

- Welcoming/supportive/friendly culture that feels like family. - 100% employee owned and gifted stock and cash profit sharing program with no cost to the employee on top of salary, and huge demonstrated and forecasted stock and business growth for the company looking forward. - Multiple business units that allow for success across the board even in changing economic climates. - Great advancement opportunities, and company always makes an effort to promote from within rather than hire outside candidates whenever possible. - Continuously growing and nationally recognized industry-leading company that is locally based. - Amazing place to start a career and grow with for a recent graduate. - Newly appointed female CEO, and business also operates a minority-owned subsidiary as well, with diversity and inclusivity a strong priority.

Cons

Waiting period for full enrollment into stock sharing program takes time, but is absolutely worth it, and offers the true proven ability for even production and floor team to retire as millionaires (common within GBS).
