Pros
There were a couple of nice people in the Chicago and Deerfield office who were kind and helpful. There was opportunity to learn about innovative ideas in the marketplace which was exciting.
Cons
Ask lots of questions before taking a job here. My job ended up being nothing as described. In fact my pod leader sold me a lot of false information about the flexibility of the company and the job responsibilities. The company is NOT flexible. Do not be gullible and fall for the red carpet treatment you get before you accept the job and before you start the job. This company does not care about people. They care about rules. Bottom line, if you accept a job with them, read the handbook and be perfect.
