Very family oriented
Benefits are greatly priced
Great for people who like to settle and don't have ambitions
Friendly co-workers
Cons
The pay is way under market
You are not valued as an employee
It is very hard to get promotions - you have to carve them out for yourself and even if you do, don't expect to get paid for them.
During 4th quarter expect to work 65+ hours a week - they say they offer overtime but it's hard to get it approved.
