Some positions are beneath some of the agents. Sometimes you are made aware of the fact that the agents are the almighty.

As with any sales organization, it's an ongoing challenge to balance results orientation with recognition at all levels. Many of our managers have received leadership training, and this will be an ongoing effort throughout all of our business units.

Nothing that I would want to share...

Cons

This place has horrible management. The employees who actually care don't get compensated for doing their jobs and then some. They expect staff to work like slaves. They will only take care of upper managment and no one in the middle. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer in this company. I would highly suggest working else where.

Great resources. Comfortable offices. Entrepreneurial. Do not micromanage. Good environment to develop your business.

Cons

Not the place for a rookie advisor/broker since training is minimal as well as salary. But excellent situation for mature producer who is not in need of a significant salary. True meals & entertainment expenses not reimbursed unless for a large prospect/account. Truly your own business.
