This company is ran by producers that don’t value team members. The work environment is toxic and does not foster collaboration as they preach. Most leaders are unqualified for their roles. People are put into positions based on favoritism only. This organization lacks diversity, with not on the leadership team - check out their website, but also employees. Feedback is only provided “down”. Meaning producers, that should be out producing, treat internal staff like idiots. The culture is toxic and no one should be trusted. Clients are continually leaving due to lack of service and expertise. Tons of employee turnover as well. What is communicated during the interview process is not reality and will change.

Ask lots of questions before taking a job here. My job ended up being nothing as described. In fact my pod leader sold me a lot of false information about the flexibility of the company and the job responsibilities. The company is NOT flexible. Do not be gullible and fall for the red carpet treatment you get before you accept the job and before you start the job. This company does not care about people. They care about rules. Bottom line, if you accept a job with them, read the handbook and be perfect.
