I've been in the industry over 15 years and have moved from agency to agency a handful of times in search of the perfect fit and I FINALLY found it. We are all colleagues - there is no sense of hierarchy and everyone is genuinely caring. Our technology and resources are top of the line and have eased an enormous amount of stress that naturally comes with this fast-paced industry. If I had to hand-selected all the pros of the agencies before coming to GCG and scrap all the cons, it would be what GCG offers and then some. I truly, truly feel at home and the spark I once had for this profession has returned in full force.
