      Pros

      GCG truly has an open line of communication through all levels. I feel more like a contributor than just an employee. Company culture encourages internal promotions and provides employee development strategies to get you there. You are ultimately in charge of your career path and hard work is appreciated. Uncapped commissions! Coworkers are awesome and helpful. 75% of employees work remote.

      Cons

      No "formal" introductory training. Corporate is developing that now.
