While the leadership is lacking, the people here are great.

Pros

The 10% 401k contribution is excellent, though the pay is lower. Veteran and DEI Programs. So many hardworking and talented individuals. Remote work options provide a very favorable work-life balance. The employee internet for those with GCI service is a fantastic benefit.

Cons

Repeated reorganizations are burning out the staff. Favoritism is very evident. Career progression halts at the management level unless you are among the favored or popular leaders. The recent reorganization has resulted in increased stress levels for employees, leading to poor decision-making and higher workloads.

You get to work with great folks who are works hard, and cares about their business customers.

Cons

Bad management Fear culture Underpaid Be prepared to work 60+ hours a week including holidays and your time off. Salary wise entry level employee salary while managing huge workloads. Favoritism Middle-Management does not stick up for their workers Always cutting cost and changing expectations From a department of 5-8 sales reps, they lost over 15 reps within 2 years even the ones who has been with the company 5-10+ years.

Cons

Lack of executive level leadership, C-Suite is too big and lacks transparency, favoritism, unclear company goals, doesn't value employees, doesn't address issues from company surveys
