Pros

Good pay and full benefits, including performance-based yearly raises, 401k matching, educational benefits, full health benefits, 3-4 weeks paid vacation, periodic job market study based pay adjustments, plus opportunities to work on sales projects regardless of what department you are in. Lots of opportunities to cross-train and shift over to other departments to develop your career. Well-managed, especially at the C-level - very focused, talented, and admirable founder/CEO, GM, COO, and VPs. Lots of communication between C-level and entry-level, both via email and in person. They keep you constantly informed about how the company is doing. Most middle management great as well. Lots of friendly and fun people.

Cons

A bit more employee training - especially technical training - would be beneficial to the company, employees, and customers (though People Styles is great!). Occasional promotion of family or friend of senior management over more qualified candidates.

Pros

Steady job, management is rather flexible

Cons

Cost cutting and getting bought out have really done a number over the last couple years. They are no longer agile to market demands and morale is the lowest Ive seen. No longer giving decent yearly wages, typically caps at 2%. Pays below market rate and the benefits are Ok.
