Bad management Fear culture Underpaid Be prepared to work 60+ hours a week including holidays and your time off. Salary wise entry level employee salary while managing huge workloads. Favoritism Middle-Management does not stick up for their workers Always cutting cost and changing expectations From a department of 5-8 sales reps, they lost over 15 reps within 2 years even the ones who has been with the company 5-10+ years.
