      Pros

      The company culture is very accommodating; the atmosphere is quite casual, comfortable, and laid back, but still professional. The benefits are ok, but a bit spendy for a family. We strive for excellence and try to deliver the best service. The work life balance is good, and expectations are reasonable for the most part.

      Cons

      There always seems to be struggle for budget for expanding tools and resources (in my department). Understandable that a cost-conscious, private company would want to keep things tight, but it's a real challenge sometimes.
