Pros

Awesome benefits and really take care of their employees.

Cons

A lot of long time employees which makes it difficult to get things done sometimes when you don't have the right title behind your name.

Pros

Free cable, discounted services, and health benefits

Cons

Management does not care about you or your life outside of GCI. They want you to be a robot, do and say everything perfectly. They will not let you show tattoos of any size. You would have to cover up in a heavy sweatshirt or long sleeve even in the summer when the stores would get very warm with no air-conditioning. I left this job because they could not keep a coordinated work environment. Constantly changing schedules, and rules. Recently they took the "privileges" of sitting at the reps desk away. They took away their chairs to help with customer interaction. The office is set up to be sitting at a desk. the employees have to stand all day looking down at a screen that they will not pull up to the top of the desk. they refuse to get mat for the employees feet at the desks so they have to start on concrete floors all day while having to keep a smile on their face. Management also leaves very early in the day leaving lower tiered reps to fend for themselves, and if they do something wrong they are the ones punished. Performance means nothing in this company you will not progress unless you are there for many years. Even if you are an outstanding employee they will give you more responsibilities of a higher their but will not give you the pay. Many times retail reps have to take abuse and slander from a customer or they will be reprimanded. all in all this was an ethically disgusting company.

Pros

Great pay for the area, ok benefits such as medical , however basically free cable, and cheap wireless service

Cons

Medical sucks, super office politics at play. If you have recommendations keep them to yourself, all upper management are going to take it as hostile and reply as such. Basically beat you into submission in how they want you and want to treat you
