Pros

My destiny is there connection between Gharda and me...is a trick. You never know when the all departments contributes and made u feel like the king and again ur boss kicks u and feel like beggar.

Cons

Low salary to the employees is concern. If u join at junior level at least 8-10 years u have to wait for good salary...also the HR department is not so good they are not helping their employees.
