Continously seeking new products, based on research & market. Dynamically changing product base according to R&D & Market & always experimenting in process.

Cons

A product or process is hardly stabilised to achieve/improve consistent product quality. Hence the process or engineering parameters are set in wide range wich allows ambiguity in defining a set paramenters for a particular product or process.
