Rude recruiters, employees are disposable, we have to train ourselves, difficult to navigate systems, given 1 day to learn system, disorganized

Pay is ontime and bi-weekly.

Cons

The training is non existant and you have to train yourself from outdated modules and under edited text samples. If you don't learn within the first week you will not make it. $10.50 max starting pay unless you live in a State with higher wage requirements.
