      Pros

      The salary is quite good in comparison with other companies in Greece.

      Cons

      There isn’t actually probation time, the employee has to take too many interviews, impossible to do as a trainee.

      Working from home and work in many languages available, perfect for students and those in between jobs.

      Cons

      Micromanaging, incompetent and unprofessional reaction-seeking (ex Inmoment now GDCC) team leaders with weak management skills creating a hostile work environment. Abrasive when bringing up issues and sensitive to percieved slights and will sabotage your work via their phone/dialling system such as dropping calls and will blast your eardrums with high pitched tones with volume on max.
