Pros

They were quite neat and treated employees really well. The salary was OK for a student which I was at that time.

Cons

But I would do it as a career due to the career growth limitations. And their rating of our performance was not very nice, they calculated our productivity based on numbers alone and didn't try to look into specific problems.

Pros

Great part time job for students, flexible working hours, a great way to improve your communication skills and meet nice people

Cons

Sometimes it's really annoying to be cold calling clients, you get a lot of rude people on the phone and have to deal with the stress it brings you
