      Pros

      - flexible hours - nice colleagues, - opportunity for foreigners in NL to meet and connect

      Cons

      - patronizing work environment from management - low pay; even unsociable hours are underpaid compared with other companies - very little sympathy for new people learning the ropes of the business - workers treated as very disposable and very little incentives to put extra effort in - overly focussed on results without recognizing the human element of what they are asking their workers to actually do

      Pros

      - international company environment - salary (basic), usually was on time.

      Cons

      - every day job, maybe for few languages group (you are obligate send planning for whole next week). - they employ a lot new people for few days, weeks and fire them when project is finished - cancelation shifts, - not stabile work, - NO CONTRACT!!!! (however company calls that), - no respect to others , - you are doing sometimes everything (not only calling),

      Pros

      They were quite neat and treated employees really well. The salary was OK for a student which I was at that time.

      Cons

      But I would do it as a career due to the career growth limitations. And their rating of our performance was not very nice, they calculated our productivity based on numbers alone and didn't try to look into specific problems.
