Pros

GDCC has a very international environment, as they need to have agents speaking many different EU languages and more. You can meet people from interesting walks of life, some who are working temporarily for extra cash, some expats who have been there for several years.

Cons

Very hectic environment, everything is timed - including water and washroom breaks and lunches. They can cancel shifts with only a days notice.

Pros

good insight into B2B and B2C operations and gain interpersonal skills in an interview format and increases your knowledge in the business environment

Cons

The usual procedures involve interview and surveying data hence the work is very minimal and repetitive.
