      Colleagues that understand your struggle at the company.

      Cons

      Extreme surveillance of work hours and phone calls. God forbid you take more than 5 min toilet break, a timer will run the entire time.

      Pros

      Pretty flexible working times, you are working in a relatively young team, pay is slightly above the minimum wage

      Cons

      They do not care about their workers, you are very disposable. It is a very discouraging work as you are just supposed to read the script to companies and fill in surveys. There is only work if there is project available, so it is very unstable work. Team leaders do not seem to be very bright individuals.
