The office staff doesn't care about people, and are willing to scapegoat a reliable employee just to appease a client.

I have gone to multiple sites ran by the same area manager that did not have cleaning supplies or adequate cleaning supplies. Which is frustrating because without supplies it's impossible to properly clean and as a cleaner you get blamed for things that are out of your control.
