Pros

Staffing Company with good clients. (just to flaunt)

Cons

Staffing Company with good clients. - Low level jobs only. IT Reqs are handled by non experienced Recruiters. IT Recruiters work on low level jobs. Director has no idea whats going on in the company. VP is a former banker who does not want to spend. Micromanagement is redefined. There is too much of garbage to clean to make it successful.

Does not listen to your complaints favors their clients. I guess they do not want to interfere with getting their client's monies; no matter how crooked or corrupt their client may be.

The current offices are not that big in terms of space but do not worry as there are plans for expansion.
