Pros
As a whole GE offers excellent support to it's employees in terms of resources. There is also great potential for career advancement. The Company also supports and promotes workplace safety like no other company I have seen before. They truely put there money where their mouth is. The ongoing training deserves mention as well. This company really has there act together.
Cons
Because of the shear size of the company you sometimes feel like a number as opposed to an individual. Also, the computer security can be a pain in the but when setting up new computers and waiting for IT support to fix access problems.
