GE is not afraid of change and will let there employees run the ship if necessary, If you are not a go getter need not apply

Cons

General Electric is HUGE and with that comes serious issues with IT support from across seas.... Bring it back to the states

Pros

-stable 40hr work week -overtime available

Cons

-favoritism and "compadrismo" is out of control -everyone trying to get each other fired, funny with new "teaming" concept things have gotten worse -management takes every opportunity to screw over employees even though they have no idea what they are doing. -it's about who you know -company policies selectively enforced -throwing money away on cafeteria staff and hiring "leaders" that couldn't lead a bathroom cleaning. -qualified employees get passed over for internal jobs routinely
