      Pros

      Great company, benefits and great people Good all round package and huge opportunities to develop internally, particularly if you are willing to relocate. Internal training is very impressive, if you can get on a course.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic, slow decision making, risk averse company. Trying to be lean and adaptable but processes and policies make this difficult. You have to manage your own career, very little developmental support. Expectations are very high, so long hours are a norm if you want to progress

      Great atmosphere and great benefits and easy to work your way up in company. Management and staff very friendly and positive work environment. The people are great, work/life balance is ok.

      Cons

      Wish there was more growth available. Management does not give clear defined progression, but wants you to show leadership.
