      Pros

      Good Challenging work. Flexible timing. Lot of opportunities in different ge business.

      Cons

      Salary is average and some times less than market average. lot of work and hence you end up in putting 10 hours everyday to meet deadlines.

      One of the giant carrying 80% engine shares globally and I am in a place where i am getting Core knowledge on complex tubing , complex Manifold and complex sheet metal bracket assy with activities like ontime supplier process and product audits, FAI qualifications to enable supply chain having max buyout from localized place where biz is looking in to bring cost out.

      Hard assignments are incentivized to make it worth sacrificing time away from family, friends, and Americana.

      Separation from family, friends, Americana, etc. is not adequately incentivized. Dislocated from HQ and time zones.
